Black Hills Community Theatre’s fabulously funny Well Done Players will perform a show based on my most recent book, ’Tis the Season to Feel Inadequate, October 12&13, 2 p.m. in the in the Studio Theater at the Performing Arts Center, 601 Columbus Street, Rapid City is a collection of humorous essays about how we let our expectations steal the joy out of Christmas and other holidays and special events. Performances are at 2 p.m. October 12 & 13 and tickets are available at https://app.arts-people.com/index.php?show=252722. Now back to our regularly scheduled programming.

Dorothy Rosby will be talking about her writer’s journey and presenting tips for writers to promote themselves at Writers Block hosted by Backroom Productions. She will be joined by musician Kenny Putnam who will be discussing his new book.
This is the fourth in the series about area writers. Everyone is welcome and there is no charge. It will be held at At 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 21, at the Canyon Lake Senior Center on Canyon Lake Drive in Rapid City.
